I'm watching Astel and from my understanding he said even using an external studio is an unknown because doing so still requires Cover's 3D staff in some way, like transferring the data.
There is something that I wondering: Why the need to do a full press release? Like if their objective is to put the branch in a virtual banishment room the better way is to do the changes in private and just wait the graduation queue. This feel more oriented to the inverstors. Culling the weak branch.

They're probably hoping nobody will ask questions either about salary raises their managers and shareholders are collecting, or about the decision to stick with money sinks like holoearth over the actual talents
Someone asked if this means the official channel will stop uploading videos. Astel is not completely sure but he does think the text implies that is likely.
