>>110836708I think it was more the weird way the stars were introduced and that for all its faults -their management seems to be a genuine disaster- Niji has always been much better at fostering a community space thats far more welcoming to females.Also supposedly Stars was never marketed really well outside of the one public that was predisposed to hate them (ironically the brotubing appeal might have worked if they didn't try to do it towards Hololive fans) and to this day I'm convinced some people in upper management don't like them. Maybe the latter is the reason for the weird rules and stigma they were given at the start??
