I've said something unintentionally stupid in the last thread and I want to apologize. I didn't really mean to say anything insulting. I'm really sorry I don't know if this makes anything any better, but I've always been very honest with people close to me. My sister recently divorced a nice man for very questionable reasons and I've basically told her she's a massive waste of space and should grow up instead of causing issues to people who want the best for her. My brother said the same, but in an even less nicer way. This doesn't apply to sispyon and I do lack proper context, so it's a slightly different thing, but still

We should play games more or something IDK. In the same way we watch cytube when Kiki doesnt stream we should line up a few video games to play at random when Kiki does a really short or slightly off schedule stream.

>>110933220I mean you can play pretty long F2P, I only paid as early as I did because Neppie kinda fucked us starting us out in the Oceania server and by the time you realize that it was annoyingly late to restart and suddenly you're hitting a wall of 8-man and 24-man instances that are required to progress that nobody ever joins in that low-pop server, and the game paywalls the manual party finder board that most people in low pop servers actually use to set up such content.Though even with that I had a much better time eventually just biting the bullet and transferring to a NA server rather than trying to catch the brief window in the middle of the night when people were actually online to do stuff.

What's even more insulting is that there's a feature called data center travel that lets you jump between different regions to play with people there, but for whatever reason you can only jump INTO Materia, but not OUT of it... so when I started there I was trapped but if I'd just started in NA from the beginning I could have just as easily played with Kiki and champs there just by traveling into the server when people were doing stuff. So just do that, you'll have a much smoother experience. Even most Aussies don't recommend starting in Materia as far as I know because it's always been a ghost town and the small benefits to latency don't outweigh the much longer times finding a party for anything. Though I will say the people there I interacted with were generally nice and helpful, and it had a cool "small town" atmosphere that did feel like a bit of a shame to leave, but I had a much better experience once setting up any kind of raid wasn't a multi-hour wait where I couldn't go into any other instanced content the entire time without leaving the party finder.
