Okay look it's now kind of obvious what's going on. The only reason a yapper like filian wouldn't respond to her friends is that she has a legal requirement to stay quiet. We've seen the recent wave of graduations of indie vtubers and they've all followed a carefully worded protocol which means their new corpo cares about kayfabe and ownership rights. Coordinating a bunch of female streamers is like trying to herd catgirls, so launching an entirely new corpo in 3 months was always an overly ambitious goal. I can totally imagine her being impatient and ignoring the people who said it would take longer or that she needed more contingency planning. If one of the talents pulled out at the last minute, or tried to sue filian over the contract terms, then that would delay things even more and her lawyers would tell her not to make any public statements about it, or even private statements to her streamer friends. It also wouldn't be very fair or professional for the talents to be under NDA and not filian and the company itself. Add to that how guilty filian must be feeling about missing her target launch date and making people worry about her.
