from anycolor's perspective i could see this being something they would be more willing to give livers their models for (or just doing the implementation themselves) compared to something like vrchat, since there's no risk of model theft. its definitely surprising though because, bluntly speaking, warudo could probably pretty much entirely replace the niji app for home 3d since it covers all the basic features and then some more, with its in depth customization options and support for things like simple or complex props from the workshop. it's surprising but refreshing to see a japanese tech company actually working to accommodate software they didn't make themselves

That is more or less most of their job generally to act as an interface between the liver and the other departments in the company isn't it? tl;dr they have (or at least had) a dedicated perms guy. There was a period back in 2023 where the guy lined up all his holidays alongside golden week so no one in the branch could acquire new perms for around 3 weeks, which pissed off a certain liver (you can probably guess who)
