Managers handle multiple girls, and girls have multiple managers. EG Henma had both Shiori and ERB (who now has a new manager), while Shiori had both Henma and Kumomane (who also had Ina), at least for a while.

Then, as far as I deduced, there is a gen manager(s) and a wider EN management. We know this because in enreco 1 advent had a meeting with their management like 2 hours after the start of the first day.

Then there is someone who is tasked with uploading music. Iirc there are 2-3 people doing this, based on upload styles, and one of them might be Biboo's manager Gem-chan.

The whole thing could be handled a lot better, but it's really hard to keep middle management in check because they are very good at both dodging responsibilities while claiming to be indispensable.
