Nano & Red... were actually just co-dependent people-pleasers!Read any of the comments between Nano & Red with this context an suddenly everything makes sense.Both bend over backwards to please the other, often to self-destructive degrees (Nano with cancelling and exclusivity, Red with excessive delays and allowing overbooking, for example.)Both are constantly enabling, glazing and celebrating each other.Most importantly, both are trying to get the other to request what the other seems to want, to the point that they fight over it on occasion, so that they can be the one to take the hit to please their friend.The grumbling they both did about their worries and enemies to each-other, looking for validation, is how they both inferred what the other actually wanted and started pushing for it. This is what comes across as manipulation on both sides, because it kind of is, with good intentions. The road to hell is paved with them.This is also why it is easy for both sides of the Sinder/Lily argument to view the opposition as manipulative and the one they side with as victims. Because they both are.
