They just got $520 million in investment and are gonna use the money to buy studios and more vtubers in Japan and overseas

https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000637.000044525.html
>>
They should debut more VSPO ENs to fill the PDT night timeslots where no holos are streaming
>>
>>111275840
please buy the homoshitters
>>
As opposed to stabilizing what they have? Odds are we'll be hearing about them bleeding money again and shutting things down.
>>
>>111275840
99% of that is going to be spent botting vspo and their 2/3 views like they have been for years, just going to be copying nijisanji now. We'll see if it works out for 'em.
>>
>>111275840
Didn't they just offload a bunch of stuff because they were running out of money? Globie, Chromashift, Oshilive, some literalwho 2view groups. Now they're going to turn around and buy stuff up again?
>>
>>111275840
Buy Holostars
>>
>>111275840
Will any of these go to V4 tho?

they may have been stupid enough to do that before the downsizing announcement
but Cover revealed the holostars' true worth tis' in the negatives
>>

They should buy ERB and Shiori from Cover
>>
So long as they dont throw the money away in EN it is whatever

If they made H20sakana an offer he cant refuse like $25,000,000 for Phase, would he take it?

didn't they just lose $20m because of failed En expansion?
this is what it got them., surely another $50m in 3d lives and bots will fix it surely

he would absolutely sell for the right price. and most of the talents would opt to leave, and Brave would be left with Shiina and Hime.
>>
>>111279383
Brave Group is making some VShojo level mistakes and why spend money on so many 3D debuts for V4Mirai when they can't even break 5K CCV? A 3D debut with only 12K VOD views indicates that they don't have nearly the number of fans to imitate the Hololive business model. What they need isn't 3D studios but to heavily market their streamer content and grow their numbers before doing anything else.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6rRUdSxoSg

>>111279593
Way too many vtuber companies don't understand that 3D content doesn't really attract that many new viewers. The 3D debuts might get some tourists to watch but what they really need is consistent viewers.
>>
>>111281252
>to heavily market their streamer content and grow their numbers before doing anything else.
they dont know how it is easier said than done. they spent lots on ads and established streamer watchalongs and fake it till you make it bots and going to conventions, but nothing happened.

there is a hard ceiling for 3d concerts in the EN scene, and for non holo it is about 2,000 people at a venue that has to be held on a big con weekend. typically they are about 500-1000 attendees. it is just not gonna be a thing like it is in Japan where they sell out Saitama Super Arena and stuff.

and also since it has become a meta now, there is gonna be a lot of 3d concerts overlapping eachother and the novelty will be gone.
>>
>>111279383
You can flat out tell when Brave was botting the fuck out of their girls.
>2023 3D got them 400
>2024 3D got them 1600
>2025 3D got them 600
>2026 3D got them 300
>>
>just one more acquisition bro, I'll turn a profit. One more acquisition bro, one more acquisition bro, I'll turn a profit

>>111275840
they're like the biggest scam/fraud ive ever seen in vtubing, putting the likes of jewidol and vshojo to shame
>>
>>111281252
5k ccv is a lot at this level of vtubing
>>
>>111281252
also Brave tried with v4mirai and 3D concerts. at ALA in 2024 2025 they did 3D concerts with special guests ironmouse, Kson and Bao. Not many people talked about them they were just white noise they came and went nobody cared really

this year, v4m only showed up in a 2D concert for ALA. So make of that what you will.

Literal investment scam-train company.
>>
but what studios/corpos are they gonna buy this time?
>>
>>111280538
>he would absolutely sell for the right price
Isn't phase like his retirement project? I don't think he really cares about the money considering he's already rich as fuck.
>>
>>111286816
>I don't think he really cares about the money
you would be incorrect. nobody loves money than millionaires. it would take an large amount of money to pry phase from him I don't think he would let go of it easily he is emotionally invested in this project he has known and worked with some of these girls for half a decade and watched their careers go from an idea on piece of paper to now a physical convention dedicated to them.

but if the right number was offered, he would sell. everybody has a price.
>>
>>111281435
It'd favor Hololive due to it being an original focus (3d/song/dance). Isn't much Brave has in that area
>>
>>111283637
>5k ccv is a lot at this level of vtubing
5K CCV is the minimum that could that really justify 3D lives and if a vtuber can't get that number for a 3D live than it doesn't make sense for a vtuber corpo to burn money on studios. Brave almost feels like the Japanese version of VShojo were their main concern is fooling investors who don't understand the idol business. They are wasting millions on 3D lives to keep up the illusion that V4Mirai is similiar to Hololive.
>>
>>111291251
>5K CCV is the minimum that could that really justify 3D lives
says who? you?
you're not in charge of 3d lives. how many 3d lives have you produced?
>>
Cool, more bot funding.
>>
saying you need an unbotted 5k ccv for a 3d live is not achievable for small corpo.
lower that bar. i would say 1k ccv should be the minimum. 2k is outstanding. anything over that is gravy

Brave's 3d lives for the most part have, unfortunately, flopped. they have made 22 lives that didnt break 1k, with 14 of them failing to hit 600. of the ones that did break 1k, i would suggest the only unbotted ones was roca's,
>>
>brave buy bots
>but they also don't use bots and that's why the 3D lives failed
>also ccv is very important because..... because I say so
/#/ is by far the most retarded fucking general of all 4chan, fucking failure of compulsory education, if that even exists in SEA.
>>
>>111292179
you can literally see here in 2024 when Brave was at their peak of botting and then the huge dropoff in 2025 >>111279383
>>
>>111287004
>>111286816

on panko's stream Sakana confirmed he would still do Phase even if he was given enough money to retire now, because he's a Workaholic. We can extrapolate that if given the opportunity, he would sell the company, but still want to remain its CEO. Also he doesn't have side gigs currently, and focused on PC.

>Brave's 3D lives have flopped
>Ignoring JP

V4Mirai and Chromashift are one things but VSPO! and Stellive (Neoporte as well) are pretty successful. Riot Music maybe in-between but definitely the JP side (KR I guess as well) is in a better situation than the EN side.

>>
>>111298211
do you notice a trend in this >>111279383
>>
>>111295918
people say a lot of things. bottom line is everybody has a price.

it would be like saying that non of the en gen1 girls, who are considerd as made men in Phase and want for nothing, would leave if even hololive came calling. they would leave tomorrow because hololive is their price. they wouldn't leave if niji offered them or anything else, but if hololive offered they would leave tomorrow. hololive would never offer them, so it is moot.
his price for phase connect is higher than anybody would ever pay unless brave group got stupid
>>
>>111298295
yeah that's why I think he would sell it, but still ask to be remain CEO.

They were 2.1 billion yen in net loss. Don't know how they still got funding without the investors asking themselves why they are losing money unless they had some hidden ace that will give them immediate profit when they go public.
