Keep an eye on this. Her LLC needs to file an annual report. The Status shows as Good for now but it's due May 1st. It takes up to 2 weeks to update. If the status still shows as Good then it was filed on time if it says inactive then the LLC failed to file the report and has a 60 day delinquency period before it is dissolved. New trademarks were just filed as of February so the LLC hasn't been abandoned for now but if she decided to do a silent graduation and vanish into the ether then this is how we'll know.
