what i think about the clay merch thing:regular champs will buy anything, she doesn't really need to worry about that. however the product should still be good because of all the tourists. kiki is very self-conscious and she wouldn't like being made fun of, plus if its a genuinely good product she will get sales from tourists as well. so what i'd suggest is to focus more on figuring out what she can make that is good enough to look professional-ish rather than particularly ambitious projects. like key chains that she herself mentioned. it should be both simple, not take too much time so it doesn't eat up her streaming/other projects time, but also look personal enough (have enough "added value" not just like a ball of clay branded kiki or whateva). so a balance of simplicity, originality and quality.i imagine it going like this. she practices making stuff, makes something she likes, tries to reproduce it until she has like 5 of them, then shows them off and announces pre-orders for it. the rest is self explanatory.

Whatever she does has to work whether it sells 30 or 300. And for something like this you should probably set a limit. Obviously it will go a lot faster off stream but remember the pikmin stream was 9 hours. If each one takes an hour that's 300 hours of work if it does well, or 37 days of working 8 hours each.
