There's the legal protection a corporation provides, but for about $100, you can set up an LLC, as most medium to large streamers do. After a certain size, there's really no reason to stay with the agency you're with, if you can keep your IP, save maybe for the sense of comradery.

It wasn't AI, it was just an alternative upscaling formula that sometimes looked a little "plastic".It also is worth mentioning that a lot of other major games, that people play without a second thought, are using AI for secondary assets, including the television in RE9, by Capcom's own admission, as well as a lot of texture assets. Never mind all the "vibe coding" that seems to plague the games industry these days. (Also likely why half the Windows updates seem to destroy your computer now.)

Even if you ask an AI to recreate a certain scene at a certain time stamp, you'll just get something completely fictitious based on the literal meaning of the title. AI may have learned on a lot of existing anime, but it's jumbled in there with gigabytes of other stuff, and none of that mess remains wholly intact. Even if you painfully describe the scene with the character names, you'll end up with something quite different at random.
