Would be nice if that was true. Still vaguely saying that things are looking up could just be damage control from management. Gura was even optimistic at times so it's hard not to be skeptical when the complaints about management have been a constant compliant with the EN branch. There isn't any enthusiasm for ENreco which is the EN version of HoloWitches (multiple graduations have destroyed enthusiasm among most of the talents).
