Because everyone has a completely wrong mindset when it comes to vtuber men. You can be successful enough as a handsome shonen anime guy, sure, but the focus should be mascots. That one mascot from what's-their-company whom Marine knows? That should be the default for men. A chattino vtuber guy would be incredible, but most people don't give much of a damn for himbos and Vespers and generic gachashit design guys with the personality of a door. Play a cartoon character or go be a regular youtuber
