Why didn't the affiliate program work out? I thought the idea behind it was solid; instead of overly dramatic funeral sendoffs, the "character" has concluded the journey it set out to do, and will now continue its adventures elsewhere (indie) while still maybe show up from time to time.
>>111740009What?
>>111740009It did work out though? They show up as often as they want. Which, unsurprisingly, is never.
It kind of works as intended for Ame. The issue is that most of the alumni were either ragequitting or griftquitting. The ragequitters obviously leave on bad terms and want to send a message if not outright burn the company with their exit. But even the grifters have reasons to cut holo off completely since they want to funnel everything into their indie career and don't want to be bound down by the possibility of re-appearing etc. And they might be thinking that not all fans would follow them to indie if their holo-self doesn't disappear completely. That's why they said bullshit politician-speak like "I'm an all-or-nothing person!" to justify not becoming affiliate.
>>111740009whatever cover did behind the scene, it broke something in them.especially the ones in the holowitch project
>>111740009Because bringing back former employees on a one-off gig contract costs 3 times more than when they were employees
who cares
At this point, I have to wonder if Holo even offers the option anymore.
