Hololive is following and refining a business formula to success but has over stepped itself recently if it cannot accommodate talents flexibly anymore. Phase in contrast has too much flexibility for their talents but is still achieving success while easily passing the bar for survival. A fact that is important since many EN vtubing companies have failed that. It isn't a one man operation thus OP is full of shit. Phase have a staff that is doing their best to help the girls from what can be observed, like aspiring mini A-chans.
