I don't see an issue, though. If Cover is preventing her from doing her job, then as a workaholic she'll find her fix elsewhere. Hence doing collabs with people as her PL. She's even part of Mint's group's upcoming concert to get that performance fix.
I wouldn't call it pressure tactics until she does a large scale project with Dokibird or something, since that might end up on Cover's radar considering they don't really have any history together. They'd probably be fun together though so I kind of want that to happen regardless.
