I was neutral before but Anya has made me agree with 3d having wait times. Wait times shows that a talent isn't going to bail and she is worth investing in. That she puts in the effort to justify dropping money and resources on her 3D.
The way this entire thing played out shows why these things need to exists because it looks like Anya joined not because she wanted to be in Phase but because she wanted 3D only. No one wants to spend money on a person who is only there to gain something and doesn't care about the whole. Concerts, cons, and other events can only work if the talents put in the effort too so if Anya can't even be bothered to stream or attend special events or cons then that doesn't look good.

The only company with barely any wait time for 3D was V4 Mirai. They consistently gave their talents some of the best 3D models in the industry roughly 2 or 3 months after their debut and let them do anything they want with them. Mod them into games, host your own 3D concerts, use them for any stupid shit, or do regular streams in 3D.
But V4 was part of the massive Brave investment in the west and that didn't go well so they ended up scrapping their other branches and V4 budget went down. Their last gen has not gotten its 3D models and they actually lost 2 members already.
