FLCL had pretty shit background art as well as very unsightly character designs. I should've just dropped it instead of continuing and hoping it'd get better. *sigh* That's time I won't get back. :(

guys i love this wallpaper so much can anyone find the source? tried looking for the artist to find the highest quality art but even a reddit thread asking for source of this is over 15 years old!
I myself have this saved for almost 7 years now so just want to find the artist would greatly appreciate if you can help me out.
