Hi, I'm creating a style for the internet called "nivaliscore," which looks like this kind of image.I have a slightly more detailed description here if you're interested."Nivaliscore" is something I invented. Imagine a style of imagery that depicts beautiful places, but where it always snows. It doesn't matter if it's inside a house or outside in the mountains, there will always be snow.Think of those winter landscapes that convey a sense of tranquility and some solitude. It's as if the world is always in the same winter season and only that snowy beauty exists. It's perfect for images; I think it's a variation on the liminal spaces style, but only in winter.I created the reference image with AI, but that doesn't matter: it can be a real photograph, a painting, an edit, etc.
>>8109605I dig it. Good luck.
>>8109605Why do you call it nivalis? I like your pic
>>8109665Not OP, but nivalis means snowy in Latin.
>>8109680Hmm, ok, that makes sense then.
>>8109605Change the name.
i have a couple of pictures of trees in winter, mostly saved from here

Why are so many people obsessed with trying to "create an aesthetic" now?

>>8109665is that screenshot from a game? looks beautiful.
>>8110290YesThe game is called Nivalis. Not released yet though
SNOWY LANDSCAPES. IT'S CALLED SNOWY LANDSCAPES OP. YOU TAKE A LANDSCAPE. PUT SNOW IN IT.IT'S NOT A "NEW AESTHETIC" OR "NIVALISCORE" IT'S JUST A FUCKING SEASON
I APPRECIATE THE THREAD AND ALL BECAUSE I LOVE SNOWY LANDSCAPES BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST CALL IT WHAT IT IS WE DON'T NEED NEW WORDS FOR CONCEPTS WE CAN ALREADY DEFINE
>>8110241Had this one as my desktop background for years. I got it from this board originally. It's a good pic.>>8110359Imagine trying to use this toilet.
>>8112038>>8112039No but you see, with OPs new aesthetic concept we can also have snowy toilets >>8110359 and snowy uh... interiors of... uh... >>8111888It's not just about landscapes anymore!!!
