In fact, watch the slammer's arms and see how they're barely lifting at all. The slammer is able to posture and basically deadlift the triangler, which is only possible because the triangler's legs are placing his weight around the guy's back. If the triangler unhooks his legs, there's nothing keeping his weight there for the slammer to lift and he'll just fall down.
