I've stopped bothering with ASMR channels. I just put on unintentional, cara institute, or ambient white noise 10 hours. ASMR has sucked for many years.

But I was more sleep deprived than a simple all-nighter when I had my most powerful ASMR experience, spinal tingles and all. I still listen to ASMR when going to bed because it helps me relax, but I don't "feel" anything unless I'm sleep deprived. For the record I don't like mouth sounds either they're disgusting (and eating sounds WTF!?) but you just need to find something that you like the sound of.
