You can't have a quick villain for the first 10 minutes of the show if you just have a mild disagreement about profit margins with a banker. The post-apocalypse middle manager drunk on power was played a bit far on the evil side, and the "savior" cyborg waifu absolutely murdering anyone in a uniform was comically dissonant, though. I will say, hearing about feminism in 2025 is like hearing a pastor mention the great threat of paganism.

Again, they're not blood related, nor were they raised to view each other as siblings, the dad even gave them his ok (can't remember how explicitly).Or do you mind the android aspect? Pretty standard development for a sci-fi anime that one waifu, sometimes even the main fmc is an android, cyborg, or robot. Seen that in plenty of other series, from Atri to classics like Boku no Marie and Chobits. The delivery wasn't bad enough for me to notice anything either.

A random lone shooter gunned them both down for heresy, the guy was put in cryosleep to survive, and I guess she probably turned herself into an android.
