Compare these two for a moment, it's a very good example of the difference many people won't accept, and the key word is intent.
Care Bears is so fucking gay, but it doesn't matter. Why? It's clearly made for very young children, and them alone. More importantly, it's made by people whose intent is to make a wholesome (though ultimately merchandisable) cartoon for kids that teaches important moral values in a safe environment. It only becomes gay through an adult lens, but at its core, it's a wholesome cartoon for kids.
Hazbin Hotel is not just gay, but its whole identity is gay. It is made by faggots trying to push faggot shit on to kids. The intent is not wholesome, and does not have the welfare of a child watching it at heart. It's intent is aggressively political and sinister, to push degenerate sexuality on to children.
Learn the difference.
