if you really like Portrait i'd recommend checking out Three Ton Gate. it was the solo project of Manson's original guitarist Scott Putesky that he started after he got kicked from the band. not quite the same as Manson but the only other thing i've found that sounds close to Portrait. RIP Scott.

I went back and tried to find those songs by Stuck Mojo that I heard on the radio when I was in high school. It turns out the songs were Mental Meltdown and Here Comes the Monster from Pigwalk. I might seriously have to get this album now.
