4chan used to be a bit different when it came to threads, as well, because the "interests" were usually at the board level, so threads would come into existence about a topic or joke, not a conglomeration or collection of identity- or spectacle- related garbage, but that topic quickly veers off course.

My point, succinctly, is that you do not know what you don't know, and I can see the effects of this bias (where you assume what you see is the whole picture) everywhere. None of you are supposed to be on this website, but you're here, so you might as well learn that no, nothing like that matters in the end.
