I used infinite knife and after chapter 5 the infinite machine gun to finish the game so I rehearsed all the treasures and spinel pickups I'm going to need on NG+ and then repeated the process on fresh new game. The gigante boss and knight room are the worst parts of S+ run but eve with a few mistakes there is still plenty of time to finish.

>>6096694You can use anything you want since cat ears and such are S+ unlocks you can't really "cheat" yet. You will have to buy and upgrade the smg to infinite ammo which will require to beat the first few chapters using normal weapons and screaming at the screen.
