Estimates put it between .2 and 1.25 depending on the exact methods and who did the analysis. Theoretically the explosion roughly matched the amount of ammonium nitrate that was supposed to have been stored there. However significant amounts of that ammonium nitrate was known to have been moved out, though not recorded and sources for that movement are biased, while the rest of the material recorded shouldn't have made up the difference.

Their updated version only holds 19 passengers + crew so unless they make the passenger compartment able to hold at least as many people as regular passenger jets while being cheaper or saving fuel or something else benifitial, its never going to replace anything.
