Post your fav songs from 1990 to 1999
Ks choice is underrated. Fired up 1 and 2 will have a plethora of bangers.
So what’s the deal with these threads? It’s always a “favorite songs from a particular decade” and then it’s flooded with the most obscure shit.
>>6118525she sings like a very talented singer imitating someone who cant sing at all.its very strange.
Apollo 440 - Stop the Rock
>>6118242Is that the South Park band? I didn't know they made other songs!
>>6118545>Something For The People (...).webmSuddenly I remember 5th grade again.
>>6118510I like getting new songs that are from a certain era. It matches the vibes but it is completely fresh.
>>6118510>most obscure shitWere you even there or are you basing your comment on all of the common tracks you find in "best of 90's" compilations? I was there and all of these songs were on the radio.
>>6118218
>>6118242heeeeyyyyy man... PRIMUS SUCKS!
>>6118218Bring me back
>>6118510I feel like it definitely depends on where you grew up, I was born in the late 80's, grew up in the 90's, and aside from a handful of songs in here I haven't heard any of the others, despite knowing the majority of the artists for other songs they did.
Loituma Ievan Polkka Eva's Polka 1996
Voodoo People 1994 by The Prodigy
>>6126124It’s odd though right? It’s clearly one guy or not making these threads. Why call it a favorites and then post the most obscure shit? Seems fishy.
>>6131637Michael Jackson is always good.
>>6118545didnt this song have a version that said, My love is the SHIT. not this censored shit.>>6122611me too lol
Seriously what am I missing here?
Rubberband Girl by Kate Bush from The Red Shoes 1993
Seriously what’s the story here? Why the weird ass off the wall shit under the guise of being “favorite 90s songs”? I’m genuinely confused.

>>6141468>Beth effing GibbonsYes!
>>6131641so I guess it's time to educate the clueless little zoomiezoomzoom or alphababby, in the before times, in the long long ago, we would hear a song on the radio that we liked, buy the band's cassette tape or compact disc unheard, and if we were lucky find some songs that we liked even more than the one chosen by the record label to play on the radio to entice us to buy that cassette tape or compact disc. no need to thank me for curing your ignorance little zoomiezoomzoom or alphababby, just doing my part to make these boards and this world a better place by lifting you out of your veil of cluelessness
>>6131641>Why call it a favorites and then post the most obscure shit?I was there and none of these songs were obscure. Some were lost in memory or were overshadowed by bigger hits after a while."Feels So Good (The Show Tape)" by Lina Santiago was a huge dance hit in Spring through Summer of 1996. But it was quickly overshadowed by everything else that found popularity later that year.
>>6118510if you want it I can post 600 spanish song from the 90s.

>>6118510Mediocre people try to define themselves by their consumption tastes because they have no talents or abilities that distinguish them otherwise.
>>6144082Or maybe it's just people trying to share lesser known music to others who might appreciate it you fucking turboautistic faggot
>>6118510>obscure Uh oh, grandpa's on the interwebz again.
Cheating since it was released in early 2000, was probably recorded in 1999 though.

Might be a matter of taste, but the 90s sound was pretty shitty compared to the 60/70/80s. Everything turned loud for no reason, with singer that decided they would scream to fake the "soul" (mariah carrey). Every synth started to have that cheap quality, shitty sampled breakbeats. There's a lot of exceptions of cours (some in this very thread), but the overall sound started to become pretty bad in the 90s/ It was worse in the 2000s, since the song themselves became very badly written. (with manye xceptions of course).

>>6144926Madonna?
The 80s are weird for me, I was born in 85 so 95 and up I remember fine but 94 and back are just kind of a blur I don't remember very well. Its weird having your memories split down the middle for a whole decade of time.
>>6145452Fuck I meant the 90s, also a lot of bros older than me say 93 and back was kind of weird and had a lot more in common with the 80s than the stereotypical 90s everyone thinks about. Is that true?
>>6144753close enough m8
>>6144901>50kI almost made this a week or 2 ago too
I win. Nothing even comes close to 1990 in a field in east London. No event in my life tops this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALsHox5sYCk
