I'm assuming he made the animation. He put some much effort into the animation, yet went full retard on the sound. Did he not know how to use audacity? Did audacity not exist when he made this maybe? Couldn't have have gotten an old t-shirt and ripped it next to the mic instead of making shitty sound effects? Egoraptor was making animations that looked way shittier 20 years ago, but the sound was always on point.
