First off not shilling for op and his videos for ants, but the process of evolution (random mutations occur, the beneficial ones provide advantages and thus are passed on) is an observable fact. It does in fact happen. The theory of evolution is the theory that all the biodiversity we see on earth is a product of evolution. Yeah you can't actually really prove it due to not actually being there to see it happen in real time. However I will say that it is the best scientific model due to it fitting nearly all fosil evidence.

It seems like a non sequitur to equate genetic evolution to economic inequality. Maybe theres something there, but what's the alternitive. I could just as easily say the Bible was written to justify the rich by declaring them "chosen" by God. I mean the social Darwinism seems a little more fair to me because there's no upwards mobility if you aren't "divinely chosen", whereas the Darwinism belief can just chalk upwards mobility up to a skill issue.
