Hi, I need help remembering the name of an old cartoon I watched during my childhood. I’ll give as many details as I can:

>It was a cartoon series from the 90s or maybe early 2000s.
>I think it aired on Fox Kids (but I might be wrong).
>The main characters were two pets: a cat and a dog.
>These two pets could talk, but to their owners they pretended to be just normal animals.
>Their owners were two villains (I believe a man and a woman).
>The cat and dog were actually secret agents, and their real mission was to secretly foil the villains’ evil plans.

The animation style looked American, french or Canadian

It’s definitely not The Secret Files of the Spy Dogs

I’m looking for any cartoon that fits this premise: a cat and dog duo working as secret agents, pretending to be the pets of two villains while secretly sabotaging their plans. Since the premise is pretty simple I thought it would be easy to find it, but it's been years and couldn't find anything about it...

Does anyone remember this show or its name? Thanks in advance!

What you posted is a screenshot from Flying Rhino Junior High.
There was a 2001 movie called Cats and Dogs.

Nope, not that one, that show is fairly recent

Oh, yeah, forgot to say that the pic was unrelated... and no, it's none of those shows, sadly...

The dog and cat from the show I refer were some kind of secret agents that pretended to be the villains pets, and they secretly stopped the villains evil plans... I remember the couple of villains, a woman and a man, reminded me a bit to Jessie and James dynamic, from Pokemon... I think they had some kind of accent like the Phineas and Ferb villain

>secret agents that pretended to be the villains pets, and they secretly stopped the villains evil plans
So they are not actually their pets?
And they stop "their owners" plans?

If this aired on Fox Kids, you might be able to look up old Saturday Morning cartoon schedules.

Yeah, like, the dog and cat were actually secret agents, and I guess they were given the mission to infiltrate the villains base and act as their pets, as normal pets, so they could keep a close eye on the villains plans... and the episodes were about the dog and cat trying to stop the villains plans behind the villains backs... so the villains were oblivious that their plans were stopped because of their "pets"

>you might be able to look up old Saturday Morning cartoon schedules.
Okay, will look up that... altough I remember I watched that show during mornings while I was preparing for school
