Hi, I need help remembering the name of an old cartoon I watched during my childhood. The dog and cat from the show I refer were some kind of secret agents that pretended to be the villains pets, and they secretly stopped the villains evil plans... I remember the couple of villains, a woman and a man, reminded me a bit to Jessie and James dynamic, from Pokemon... I think they had some kind of accent like the Phineas and Ferb villain
