I already tried 3-4 apps and the option is paywalled and also searched for online versions and the UI is broken for mobile devices

what do you mean by create pdf? like if someone wants to create .doc they want to edit text file. all my life I was only opening pdf files, or converting to or from pdf, I never created pdf file
