Are those two blacked out pins the problem? Do I just resolder and my n64 will work? I have no idea, gone through so many possibilites. It shows a black white flash then nothing, power turns on but thats about it. Help meeee :(

Well it's mostly harmless to reflow connections and hope for the best, I had a cheap flash cart that worked like a champ after doing that to it. Simply spread noclean flux over your sus connection points, then poke each solder point with your soldering iron till the solder remelts. Picking out 1-2 connections and doing them might work, but I redid nearly every easy to reach point on my flash cart...
