My request is for you to diagnose my illness. Yes I will go to the doctor but I won't be able to go for a while and hoping someone can help me in the meantime.
>Feeling full/bloated constantly unless I fast for a day
>Always feel like there's some food in there unless I fast for a day
>Feels like my body is taking too long to digest food
>Comes and goes about twice a month
>When it's acting up, feels like there's a pressure or rock in my abdomen

I used to drink a lot of beers over the years, but I quit about 5 months ago and haven't drank since. I lost 20 pounds by quitting drinking and am back down to my ideal weight, but the fullness still happens from time to time.
>5 months ago went to the doctor for the fullness and bloating
>they didn't find anything abnormal in blood test or ultrasound
>advised me to slow down on drinking and see if that helps, so I just quit entirely

I'm 33. Had to pretty much change my diet entirely, no more junk food and now I'm mostly eating a Mediterranean diet which I think might be helping.

Oh yes, and I work in front of a computer all day so I live a very sedentary life. I was going for walks for a while, but it got really hot this summer so I had to stop until it started cooling down. I started walking again just yesterday and today. I also get up and stretch periodically and try to do some 10 minutes youtube exercise routines to get some movement medicine.

It appears you are seriously retarded.

Ah jeez I thought that was the problem

Meteorism by strong gas production.
I have that too.
Simeticone helps.

Yes sometimes there is a lot of gas too. But not always, just fullness. Oh and to add another detail, drinking green tea sometimes makes the bloating go away, but then I get hungry because I think caffeine stimulates my insulin production or something so my blood sugar gets low (probably unrelated to this issue though)

You're suffering from chronically high cortisol, ya dickhead. Try to reduce stress, and maybe consider an adaptogen like fenugreek or american ginseng.

My lower right back and abdomen hurt now. Am I dying??
>>
Here's a serious suggestion: Try a probiotic. It can't hurt, and if the issue is related to your gut bacteria, you should notice a difference within a couple of days after taking it.

I suggest getting the ones from Just Thrive.

Hello medfag here, the only person that was close to diagnosing you was the anon above.
Symptoms mentioned really make it seem like you have SIBO, which could lead to IBS if not treated correctly.
Root cause of this is that you have a poor diversity of gut bacteria, likely caused by your excessive alcohol drinking in the past and certain normal bacteria strains have gone uncontested and have taken over your digestive system causing a breakdown of excessive bacteria and leading to bloating.
Probiotics like the anon mentioned above are good, you also need to get on a FODMAP diet to rebalance your gut health.
I wouldn't recommend antibiotics because those usually nuke your digestive tract and will essentially just reset the whole process.
Try to walk as that's also good for gut motility.

I have been eating vegetable miso soup, natto, sauerkraut, and probiotic yogurt. Do you reckon it's time to step my game up a bit?

Also, what's your opinion on bovine colostrum? I tried it once and it seemed to cure my issue for a time (placebo maybe?) but then the next time it kicked in it didn't really seem to help.

Also what is this >>1539586

Another medfag here, SIBO stands for small intestine bacterial overgrowth. Although it's not related to my medical specialty from what I've read there has been an imbalance in the gut microbiota (the bacteria in your intestines), so you should really follow this advice >>1539619.

Relax nigger, just eat a FODMAP diet (look it up) and some mild probiotics, yogurts are fine. Sauerkraut is a bit too intense so I would avoid it personally because when I ate it, it made me feel like shit.

Just Thrive has experts to help you. Set up a 10 minute appointment to speak to them.

Dull pain below right rib cage. Also abnormally gassy. Liver or gallbladder perhaps?

I went to a doctor. She pushed around on my abdomen and back and there was no pain, so she said she doesn’t know what it could be. I have to schedule a time to get blood drawn and ultrasound again.

In the meantime I feel constipated and gassy now. Am I going to be alright???

Relax, it's probably just cancer.

Jokes aside, eat your veggies and probiotics and listen to your doctors. Get all the tests you can and test for cancer.

My uncle had sudden stomach problems and yup, it was cancer. They were gonna remove his whole stomach but he begged them to at least leave a bit of it in. This seemed to have made a difference in his life quality, since he seemed to have stretched the leftover stomach since then and doesn't have to eat strictly blended food for the rest of his life.
