Good day, I am looking for fast and effective lucid dreaming methods to test. I don't want to test any WBTB (Wake Back To Bed) methods as I've tried those and they don't work for someone like me, because once I'm up, I'M UP. It takes a long while to fall back asleep if I'm lucky enough, and it never gave me a lucid dream.

Every lucid dream I've had has been directly from going to sleep and not waking up, and it was unintended. Though, I haven't lucid dreamed in years, I used to lucid dream almost every night when I was in my teens and it's like the ability was lost.

So I'll be very specific with what I'm looking for:
1. Lucid dream methods you tested yourself that were effect and fast (worked within 2 to 4 weeks of you trying). The method is not a method that requires you to wake up and go back to sleep.
2. Direct methods that require you to drift directly into a dream from a waking state are ok, I'm sure they will be difficult, but if it honestly worked for you then I definitely want to try it.
3. If the method involves some kind of self hypnosis via self suggestion that would be great, I'd prioritize testing that method over others since I've used self hypnosis before.
4. If the method utilizes self hypnosis via a specific hypnosis audio that needs to be listened to on a consistent basis I'd also prioritize this (even over the self suggestion method). Please state the name of the audio and the creator, and if possible link to the source audio file(s).
5. I'm not just trying to lucid dream, I'm trying to gain the ability to lucid dream "on command", like getting to the point that I can do a specific act/routine (or whatever the method involves) and know that I will lucid dream that night (nothing is 100%, but a 70% success rate would be great).
6. If it's an astral projection method that worked for you still state it. I'll try whatever works, it's in the same lane anyways.

Thank you for any suggestions. I've tried a few methods before and they didn't work.

this might be basic but try this book https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Art_of_Dreaming
I can often tell that audio in the room influences my dream so maybe if you record yourself saying what you want to happen in a loop and listen to while sleeping it will give you the suggestions while in a dream state.

Thanks I'll check it out, never even saw this book mentioned before (though I've seen Castaneda mentioned for other things).
