Got an older Denon AVR-1500 from a thrift store like 2 weeks ago and trying to find out some more of the features on it, every google/ddg search I do for it just gives me a bunch of locked forums and scam ads.

Denon's product archive and manuals.denon.com: Only found AVR-1506 and 1508. They don't resemble 1500.
scribd.com, documentcloud.org, qdoc, idoc, derizon: Only found Hardan-Kardon's AVR1500 manual.
Searching with the filetype:pdf filter didn't yield anything either
Internet archive is empty. Couldn't find anything by using the wayback machine on the usa version of denon's website. By 2002 it seems like they've already removed it from their website, skipping over the 1500 number.

From http://www.itsabouttimebpp.com/Chapter_History/pdf/New_Haven/New_Haven_No2.pdf it seems it was introduced in 1995. Perhaps Denon has never even digitised any documents about it.
It's not much but there is this review that seems to have some technical details. https://www.hifi-review.com/153358-denon-avr-1500.html
Maybe get in touch with another seller and see if they have a manual they could photocopy. Or hit up one of those forums (dunno which would be relevant aside beyond the ones which have people posting about the avr-1500)
