So I used to use windows, and i used to use emulatorsi moved to linux and have been slowly rebuilding the library i used to have on windows hereI want to play 3ds roms, but im bumping into some issues. the default 3ds emulator that came up when i searched on the software manager doesnt work with my roms and 2 minutes of googling implies they dont work because its pirated. for anyone in my position who is successfully doing this, how should i go about this? im reaching out for advice before i bash my head against the wall trying to figure this out myself
>Citra only supports decrypted images and official ROM backups of retail games will be encrypted. There are however, third party tools such as the Batch CIA 3DS Decryptor one can use.Sounds like a similiar Problem i've had with copying dvds, there are some without copyprotection, but for most you need to bypass with libdvdcss
