>>1543474Try a Navage. It's overpriced and they'll gouge you selling you worthless salt, but other than that the thing is great. Also it's as horrible as it sounds, use it in the shower so you can clean up the nightmare aftermath
>>1543481do you think navage would help even if i don't have congestion?
>>1543487Wouldn't have mentioned it if I didn't.
you could try Sinexbut if you actually have a deviated septum the only fix is surgery
>>1543474you have to take steroids for that.
>>1543474Nasal rinsing. You just need a rinse bottle (~10 bucks on amazon) and some salt.Prepackaged salt is unneccessary, normal table salt and a spoon will do.You can buy salt packs once to get a feeling on how much a correct portion is on your spoon.Far more important than the concentration of salt is the right temperature, the the nasal tissue is more sensitive than you would think.I always boil the rinse water just in case.

I recently started to focus on breathing through my nose during and after exercise and I feel like my slightly deviated septum is doing a bit better. Also did 8-8 box breathing for a bit but probably not consistently enough to get any real results.
