I want to brew green tea but I don't know really anything about it. Can you recommend me some tea leaves and a teapot to get? Also explain how to brew in a step by step process.

you want a teapot with a metal strainer, that way you can put the leaves in it and take out the strainer when it's done so it doesn't soak inside the pot all day. alternatively get a separate serving pot to pour out from the first pot

nigga just put the leaves in the pot, add hot water, wait a while and then pour it out
figuring out what leaves you like, how hot the water needs to be, and how long you steep it for is part of the process

Boil water, pour in cup, insert bag, remove bag at your desired time depending on taste
