can someone help me solve this issue? I keep getting this black bar at the bottom in pic rel when I alt tab from my laptop monitor to my external monitor. I know it has to do with the taskbar since disabling the taskbar makes it stop. Something to do with the taskbar highlighting when I hover over it.
How do I disable the taskbar from highlighting when I hover over it?
