I believe it's from a Japanese movie. I only have it saved as 'e2.jpg', and like an idiot I didn't save any more information because I thought I'd just be able to reverse image search it someday and find it online. Turns out that TinEye yields zero results, Yandex only brings up "The Passion of the Christ", and Google Images won't even conduct the search due to provisional content guidelines.
