Ever since I got a drawing tablet (which had to use a DVI-HDMI adapter) this has been an issue. I already unplugged it and removed any other settings associated with the tablet, but this shit STILL persists. I just want to be able to modify my damn monitor's scaling settings so it doesn't stretch 4:3 applications to 16:9.
