I'm trying to find the name of an old, 90s era anime that had three girls who were nude (not a hentai) with snow-white skin and red swirls/markings covering their bodies, with varying hair colors that carried weapons. If I remember right, one had orange hair and a halberd. Unfortunately no combination of these characteristics are producing results in google or danbooru. It may have been a transformative state.
