I saw bits of a Japanese movie (or tv show) on tv and can't find it.I apologize in advance for not being able to provide much info, because I was in a restaurant and it was playing on tv, so I did not see much of it, and didn't hear audio.It looked like it had been made somewhat recently. Within the last decade or so. It had these two schoolkids, a boy and a girl. I thought at first it might be the live-action Takagi-san live action show (pic related for reference), but when I watched the Takagi-san show I could see it wasn't it. However, similar uniforms. It looked like it took place in rural Japan. It had these two kids, and they hung out at a shrine. There were multiple scenes of characters going into some house and handling a small golden cat statue. This was a unique, skinny golden cat statue, not one of those waving lucky cat statues.That's about as much info as I have. Like I said, I know it's not much. It's just one of those things that, for some reason, I keep remembering it, yet when I look it up I can't find it, or anything remotely close to it.
