Your local libraries might not have it, but if other libraries do they can probably get it on loan for you. Try asking them. Libraries borrow from other libraries all the time.

It’s pretty new, and an architecture/design book on top of that. They don’t tend to get leaked. Even non-niche ones. People in that field just don’t have spirit of sharing, and are probably loaded.
