What the fuck causes this? This happened a few months ago so I got the battery replaced but now it's happening again already. I'm losing ~1% charge every two days.

It happens to some laptops. Usually uninstalling and reinstall the battery driver may fix it. Try replacing CMOS too. Anything fucky like this is usually cause by old CMOS.
