It's a bit of a specific ask, but I'm looking for romance manga where the main character falls for someone who's already taken and they start messing around with it, but not in a malicious NTR kind of way, more just forbidden feelings kind of way. Pic related is the only one I've found so far and I really like it.

Not exactly the same but some that gave me a similar feeling to Someone's Girlfriend would be:

"Inu To Kuzu" "Watari-Kun no XX ga Houkai Sunzen" and "Shonen no Abyss". And if you are feeling really adventurous you might enjoy "Jigoku ni Ochite yo, Onii-Chan" although be advised the last one is not for everyone
