Installed Windows IOT LTSC 2021 recently because of the end of support. I'm trying to install a language pack. I've already tried going through settings, troubleshooting Windows Update, and installing it normally, but it keeps giving me an error. I found a .CAB file and tried installing it through lpksetup.exe, but it says it can't be installed on my system.

>>1546916>Did you install the system from scratch?Yes, I followed the /g/ Rentry guide but didn't install the Japanese language pack from the start because I didn't think I'd need to. The keyboard works just fine, but setting non-unicode to JP doesn't fix everything, there's still a lot of characters that appear as black diamonds with question marks in them.

I never encountered that on Windows 10. I had mojibake in some RPG Maker games, but that was resolved by the non unicode locale.The other issue I had was with old programs that had JP text being replaced by ? and the only way to solve it was to set the actual locale to JP, as in the date, time, calendar, etc.
