i'm a man and I have a huge ass, the problem is I don't know how to clean myself well, how do you clean yourselves?
While showering>clean rest of body first besides legs first>use liquid body soap and start rubbing around the "areola" of the hole. Asshairs needs to be cleaned between fingers.>then semi-firmly press into the hole but not quite inside the anus in a circular motion while spreading cheeks>the "inner rim" of the butthole usually has most of the sweat and maybe some shitInbetween showers>A good bidet (>$50-75) is like butter on pancakes but if your shower routine is good it's not necesary, I have the one in pic and every shit is amazing>if you go cheaper try to get one with a single stream so you can be precise and less splash>sometimes if it's really shitty I prefer to wipe the bits off first with tp then spray, then wipe again dry, after I upgraded to the $200 bidet I never need to do that>after you are done spraying you should always use TP to make sure no bits are left No bidet route>use wet toilet paper to wipe>when I did this I went dry first to get most of the shit off then use wet tp to really dig in there>imagine you're cleaning a baby's butt, you get the surrounding area first then home into the anus
