Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm Brazilian (why I'm making this thread) and just bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 14. I try to avoid being stolen, but I'd like to put some tracers on this phone. If you have experience, please share in this thread. And yes I am very tech literate

my boyfriend was robbed for his phone at knife point twice, both times at night. If i were you, my main thing would be not to bring your phone with you if you need to walk at night. And if you have to, not to show the phone or use it in public. Keep it in a hidden place. Brazil is a hell hole, I am truly sorry for you.

I appreciate it, but I already do practice that kind of common sense

If I was that crazy I'd experiment with crazy gluing the sim card in that motherfucker. At least I'd piss them off or they'd have to break it to change it.

They're gonna take it to a favela that no cop is going to enter and then wipe it, what's the point.

I'm Brazilian too, and I recommend you buy an older phone just for going out.

Give me your sister so I can have an easy green card. I'm white, so don't worry!
